As an Information Technology Specialist, I’m responsible for analyzing user needs and developing effective digital solutions that support business operations and marketing initiatives. My role includes maintaining and improving the company’s website systems, as well as developing web applications that enhance efficiency and user experience.

In addition to development, I manage the distribution of digital promotions and contribute to the creative process by designing layouts for banners, flyers, brochures, and online ads. I also create motion graphics and edit videos to support the company’s digital marketing materials, ensuring all content aligns with the brand’s visual identity and communication goals.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, where I built a strong foundation in software development, data management, and system analysis. Throughout my studies, I learned how to design, develop, and manage information systems that support both technical performance and business goals.
